🚗 Automotive Warranty Information
We provide a warranty on all key replacements, programming, and repair services, ensuring high-quality and professional workmanship. Warranty coverage applies to the repair or replacement of the defective key, remote, or ignition component only.
The call-out or mobile service fee is not included in warranty coverage.
Warranty claims must be brought to our location, or the customer may choose to pay the standard call-out fee for on-site service.
— Key Replacement & Programming Warranty: All keys, remotes, and smart keys supplied and programmed by us are covered by a 2-year warranty for any defects in programming or key function. This does not cover the battery, which is considered a consumable item.
— Ignition Switch & Lock Repairs Warranty: All ignition switch, steering lock, and door lock repairs come with a 6 to 24-month limited warranty, depending on the specific part used. Warranty details for each service and part will be clearly stated on the invoice.
— Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty is void if the key, remote, or smart key is physically damaged (e.g., cracked casing, water damage, excessive wear, or tampering).

The warranty does not cover external or internal damage caused by impact, force, or misuse.

The warranty on ignition switches, steering locks, and door locks does not cover failures due to vehicle electrical issues, wiring problems, or pre-existing mechanical faults.

🚗 Automotive Terms of Service
By using our automotive locksmith services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Policy: Payment is required before the service work begins, upon our arrival at your location. We accept cash, credit/debit cards (subject to a 2.6% transaction fee), Zelle, and Apple Pay as payment methods.

Deposits for Special Orders: For certain special orders, we may require a deposit. This deposit is not an additional cost but is applied toward the total price of the service. If the customer cancels the purchase or service after placing an order, the deposit cannot be refunded.

Liability: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Our services are performed with professional care, but we do not assume liability for issues unrelated to our work.

Cancellations & Refunds: Once a service has been performed, it is non-refundable. Key replacements and programming are final, as they involve unique codes specific to your vehicle.

🔒 Warranty Information
✅ Manufacturer Warranty – All locks, cylinders, smart locks, door closers, panic bars, and access control systems are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, which typically ranges from 6 months up to lifetime, depending on the product and brand.
✅ Workmanship Warranty – Every installation, rekey, or hardware replacement includes a 90-day labor warranty, covering the quality of our installation and workmanship.
✅ Full Transparency – The warranty period for each specific product or service is always clearly listed on your invoice.
⚠️ Warranty Exclusions
• Warranty is void if hardware has been modified, damaged, or tampered with.
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, moisture, or environmental exposure is not covered.
• Connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, app, or smart lock integrations) are not covered.
• Pre-existing damage to doors, frames, or electrical wiring is excluded.

💳 Payment & Deposits
✅ Standard Services – For most lockouts, rekeying, and small repair jobs, payment is required in full upon completion of the service, before the technician leaves the site.
✅ Technician Advance Deposit Option – For residential lockouts or after-hours service calls, the technician may request an advance deposit before beginning the job or before dispatching to the location. This confirms the appointment and covers travel time and service commitment.
✅ Custom Hardware Orders & Large Projects – For installations requiring special-order parts (such as high-security locks, smart systems, panic bars, or access control hardware), a deposit or advance payment is required prior to ordering materials.
✅ Deposit Policy – Deposits are non-refundable once materials or hardware have been ordered, as these parts are specific to your property and cannot be returned.
✅ Remaining Balance – The remaining payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, after the work has been finished and verified.
✅ Accepted payments – We accept cash, credit/debit cards (subject to a 2.6% transaction fee), Zelle, and Apple Pay as payment methods. Personal or business checks are only accepted from pre-approved contracted partners or corporate clients.
No checks are accepted from individual, non-contracted customers under any circumstances.
⚖️ Liability & Limitations
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, or wiring.
• All installations are performed following professional locksmith standards.
• We are not liable for third-party hardware issues, electrical failures, or alterations made after installation.
💰 Cancellations & Refund Policy
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.
• If hardware has already been ordered or materials purchased, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Once a product has been installed or programmed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
• All completed services are final and non-refundable.
